Painting halls
Painting halls and drying facilities are custom designed and manufactured.
Package equipment comprises of:
- air purification unit, including all necessary piping;
- overhead positive ventilation filters;
- floor- or wall-mounted filter systems;
- explosion-proof lighting fixtures;
- mode control system;
- electric cabinet to control key and and auxiliary painting and drying processes.
Depending on the package form and type, there may be three kinds of sandblasting halls:
FIXED PAINTING AND DRYING HALLS
designed for manufacture and delivery of individual assemblies and units to be installed at the existing facilities of the customer.
PAINTING AND DRYING MODULES
supplied fully assembled and ready for operation. The equipment can be installed internally and externally.
PAINTING AND DRYING CONTAINERS
supplied fully assembled and ready for operation.
Optional package solutions for halls comprising of moving parts systems (e.g., halls with sliding ceiling panels) or combined solutions where sandblasting hall and painting/drying hall share the same premises.
